Reservation Information  

Reservations are required. 

To plan your stay, please call (309)453-9986 or use our on-line reservation system. 

Deposit and Payment

A valid credit card is required to reserve our retreat.  A deposit in the amount of the first night stay is required.  Full payment is collected the day of check-in.  We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Our off-season* rate is $200 per night on weekends (Friday & Saturday) + taxes and $150 per night on weekdays (Sunday – Thursday) + taxes. Our prime-season rate is $250 per night on weekends (Friday & Saturday) + taxes and $200 per night on weekdays (Sunday – Thursday) + taxes.  Higher rates may apply during certain events and holidays. We offer discounts for stays of one week or more.

No Minimum Night Stay Requirement (during off-season*)

There is no minimum stay requirement most of the time.  March through September weekends and some special events and holidays have a 2 (or more) night minimum.  We will make exceptions to this rule if the reservation is made within 5 days of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation without at least 7 days notice will result in a full charge of your reserved stay. You will be refunded the amount of any portion of the stay that can be rebooked.  If you must check out early, again we will refund any portion of your stay that can be rebooked.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in is by appointment only and begins at 3:00 P.M.  If you do not provide an arrival time when making the reservation, simply call us a week ahead of your stay to confirm an approximate time of arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 A.M. Please check with us for a delayed check-out (pending availability) 

Smoking Policy

We have a strict no smoking policy.    

Parking

Free on-street parking is available and there are several parking lots within walking distance, including one directly behind the building.

Recommendation Discount

We know you'll want to recommend our retreat to all of your friends.  When you do, and they give us your name during their first reservation we'll show our appreciation by giving you a 10% discount off of the first night of your next stay.
